Main Dates for Compliance
The Circular outlines a phased implementation timeline for manufacturers, importers, and other stakeholders:
- February 15, 2025: QCVN 134:2024/BTTTT becomes effective. Testing, conformity certification, and conformity declaration for SAR begin under the new regulation.
- July 1, 2026: All terrestrial mobile phones must comply with QCVN 134:2024/BTTTT before market circulation.
- July 1, 2027: All products and goods subject to QCVN 134:2024/BTTTT must comply with the regulation before entering the market.
