All FWS equipment operating within this frequency band must comply with:
- Malaysian technical standards and international guidelines, including those set by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
- Safety and regulatory requirements outlined in Malaysia’s Communications and Multimedia (Technical Standards) Regulations 2000.
- Certification under Regulation 14, ensuring compliance with equipment approval and operational standards.
If interference occurs or is anticipated, MCMC may require modifications to the system. However, the cost of any required modifications will be the full responsibility of the assignment holder, not MCMC.
