The closure includes multiple national observances. On April 11, the institution will be closed in recognition of the Battle of Rivas and the contributions of national hero Juan Santamaría. From April 14 to 16, SUTEL staff will be on vacation as granted by Agreement 016-015-2025. April 17 and 18 are official holidays marking Holy Week.

Stakeholders should plan accordingly for the week-long closure and expect normal operations to resume after the holiday period.
