The Radio Management Bureau of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) is seeking public feedback on the "Radar Radio Management Regulations."
Released on July 31, 2024, this draft is open for comments until August 30, 2024. These proposed regulations aim to improve production safety, environmental monitoring, and disaster mitigation, while addressing the increasing demand for radar technology. They are aligned with the Radio Management Regulations of the People’s Republic of China and related laws to ensure effective radio management and orderly airwaves.
The bureau invites stakeholders and the public to review the draft and provide feedback before the deadline. The final regulations will be issued as a formal document of the Ministry.
